But Gregg also targeted the additional group of buyers who are seniors and downsizers that all the other agents miss or don't know how to reach, so we had more buyers and it worked. It's so true what Gregg said to us "not all agents are the same" and thnk God for that, so many agents we met were all just the same, they tell the same stories about how wonderful they are, they look the same and all do the same.
